Frequently asked questions

Do you offer a free plan?
We offer a 14-day free trial on every plan so you can try CreatorCX with your real content before committing. We don't offer a permanently free tier — your content lives in private, secure storage, and that has a real cost we want to be upfront about rather than hide in a “free” tier that quietly limits you later.
What happens if I go over my storage limit?
Nothing breaks. You're never locked out. Additional storage is simply billed per GB at the end of your billing cycle, at our standard per-GB rate, shown below. If you know you'll consistently need more room, you can move up to a plan with more included storage anytime.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime from your account settings. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Is my content private?
Yes. Your library is private by default — only you can access it. We don't publish, distribute, or share your content with anyone, and we never use it to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Do you take a cut of what I earn?
No. CreatorCX is a flat monthly subscription. We don't take a percentage of your subscriptions, tips, or PPV sales — unlike the platforms you post to. What you track and earn through those platforms is entirely yours.
Which platforms does CreatorCX work with?
You can configure any platform you post to — OnlyFans, Fansly, X, Reddit, Instagram, Patreon, TikTok, or others. CreatorCX helps you plan and track your content across all of them; we don't post on your behalf.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, anytime, from your account settings. No contracts, no cancellation fees.
