18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

CreatorCX is a private tool that lets creators store and organize their own media. Aspargo LLC is not the producer of content uploaded to the Service. Creators who upload sexually explicit content are the producers and are solely responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and § 2257A and the associated record-keeping requirements. Full terms are in our Acceptable Use Policy (Section 1).

Creator obligations

By uploading content, each creator represents and warrants that every performer depicted was at least 18 years old at the time of production, and that the creator maintains the records (including government-issued photo identification) required by § 2257 / § 2257A, available as required by law. CreatorCX does not act as your records custodian.

Custodian of records

Because Aspargo LLC is not a producer of any content under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 / § 2257A, it does not create or maintain records of performers and does not serve as a custodian of records. Each creator is the producer of their own content and is solely responsible for designating and maintaining the records required by law.

Reporting

To report content you believe violates this policy or the law, email hello@creatorcx.app. Apparent child sexual abuse material is reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline and law enforcement.
